Petition for a writ of mandate directed to the respondent, as Auditor and Controller of the County of San Diego, requiring him to attest certain bonds and to sign the coupons issued by the board of supervisors of said county under and in pursuance of an act of the legislature of this state entitled, "An Act for the relief of certain assessment districts, and for that purpose empowering counties to render financial aid to such districts and making available to such districts the provisions of Chapter 9 of the act of Congress entitled An Act to establish a uniform system of bankruptcy throughout the United States, approved July 1, 1898, as amended, and to declare the urgency of this act, to take effect immediately."
